Creamy cod pie
Instructions
The fish broth is nothing more than the water that has been boiled cod.
I added celery, onion and a little carrot, although not explicitly mentioned by the recipe, just to give a bit of flavor.
Cook peas in salted water for 5 minutes.
Flake the fish and lay half in a casserole from oven.
Mix the cornflour with a little milk and put it aside, as will the remaining milk and the fish stock into a pot.
When milk and soup will be arrived to a boil add the cornstarch, stirring constantly.
Place in casserole successive layers of fish and vegetables and ' seasoning ' (butter).
Finally pour the sauce in casserole and add the grated cheese.
Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 100 g of peas
- 500 g of boiled cod
- 25 g of cornflour (cornstarch)
- 28 cl of milk
- 28 cl of fish broth
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 75 g of cheese
- Butter
