Scalloped potatoes
Instructions
Grate the potatoes, squeeze in a cloth, add the beaten eggs, salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, cheese, bread soaked in milk, parsley and mix.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and distribute the butter on the surface in tassels.
Put in hot oven for about 1 hour.

- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- A little milk
- Salt
- 1000 g of powdery potato
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- Abundant of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
