Toscano to scamorza
Instructions
Clean, washed, drained and chopped arugula, then collected in a bowl, mix with tomato slices and seasoned with a pinch of salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
Transferred this salad on a slice of Tuscan bread not too thick.
Garnish bread with slices of prosciutto and scamorza.
Seasoned it with salad oil, close the sandwich with a second slice of Tuscany, then sprinkle with a little oil and oregano powder.

- 1 tomato
- Sliced ham
- 1 scamorza cheese small
- Oregano powder

- 1 pinch of salt
