Chocolate slice
Instructions
In a bowl mix cream the butter with the sugar, then add three egg yolks, 50 g of cocoa, half a glass of milk, flour, one packet of vanilla sugar, the egg whites well soda and baking powder.
Stir thoroughly, so mix well all the ingredients and then pour the mixture into a buttered and floured rectangular mould.
Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, Beat egg whites with cream 40 cl 50 g icing sugar, then divide it into two parts and combined with a peeled, toasted almonds and chopped, to another the rest of cocoa.
Put the cake, let it cool, then cut it horizontally into three parts.
Place the base layer on a serving dish, spread with chocolate cream, then lean over the second layer.
Spread this with almond cream, then cover with the last layer.
Garnish the cake with chocolate flakes and reduced to with the rest of the whipped cream.
Take slice cool in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving.

- 170 g of granulated sugar
- 120 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1 tablet of chocolate
- 50 cl of cream
- 100 g of shelled almonds
- Butter for the mould
- Flour for the mold
