Chocolate Shortbread with strawberries
Instructions
Pass through a sieve with flour and cocoa and put them in fontana on the work surface. Cut the butter into small pieces and put it on flour and cocoa mixture; using your fingertips to knock it a little sprinkle of flour. Placed at the Center the yolks with the sugar and start working with a fork, then with your hands; combined with water or rum (depending on your tastes) until you get a soda and smooth consistency.
Wrap the dough in plastic and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out and fill in your taste, e.g. with strawberries. Cooking is the same as the normal pastry that is 180° for 30-35 minutes.
