Instructions
Clean the mullets.
Squamatele, wash and dry them.
Fry the chopped garlic, parsley, onion and Rosemary.
After a few minutes add the tomatoes cut into pieces.
When the gravy begins to stiffen, add the fish.
Simmer over low heat.
