Tronchetto alla nutella
Instructions
Shelled eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and salt, then beat them for at least 30 minutes.
Add the flour and stir from bottom upwards until the flour has completely incorporated.
Grease a plate, lean the parchment paper, pour in the mixture and roll it out to rectangle.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Turn on a countertop and gently remove the parchment paper.
Stuffed with a generous layer of Nutella, sweet rolled on itself and let it cool in the refrigerator.
