Fish eggs
Instructions
Shelled hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half and separate the yolks from the whites.
Crumbled egg yolks and impastateli with minced hake, parsley and mayonnaise.
Filled half eggs with the mixture, garnish with mayonnaise and a few parsley.
Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 hardboiled eggs
- 200 g of boiled hake
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped parsley
- Some leaves of parsley
