Simple vermouth
Instructions
Put in a container 200 cl white wine, 4 g tips d'absinthe, 4 g, 4 g centaura of thistle, 4 g, 4 g of coriander china, 4 g of lemon zest, 4 g of Orange Zest all these ingredients are beaten, then add 1 g of: cinnamon, nutmeg, clove powder, 60 g sugar and 60 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees slightly with water.
Close the container and let soak for 10 days, remove drugs and strain it.

- 60 g of neutral alcohol at 90 degrees
