Egg soup
Instructions
Quickly fry the slices of bread in butter, dry them on absorbent paper and suddividetele in four holsters.
Sprinkle on cheese, salt and white pepper and sgusciatevi over the yolks of the eggs without breaking them.
With a ladle pour slowly over the boiling broth and serve immediately.
