Instructions
Bring the broth to a boil.
Halve the slices of bread and fry them in butter.
Divide into 4 bread plates, sgusciarvi over 2 eggs per plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with the boiling broth.
Serve immediately.

- 8 eggs
- 8 slices bread
- 50 g of butter
- 100 cl of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 cl of meat broth
