The Tarragon vinegar (2)
Instructions
Choose a container and according to the latter's capacity to decide the amount of tarragon to use so that once filled the container, the percentage of space occupied by the tarragon is roughly equal to 5% and the rest will be occupied by the vinegar.
Before using the vinegar will be well pass roughly a month (or more for containers with capacity greater than 1 litre) in such a way that the tarragon ceda its aroma and flavor in vinegar.
At the time of use it is not necessary that the liquid to be filtered, just make sure you don't place pieces of food together with Tarragon vinegar, use for example with a small strainer.
Pairing: vegetables, meats, marinated fish.
