Instructions
In a beautiful transparent glass bottle put some spicy red and green chilies.
Add 2 Bay leaves, then fill the bottle of white wine vinegar and leave to macerate for 4 weeks.
This vinegar is recommended for spicy seasonings or sauces to make.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Some of spicy green chili
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
