Artichoke cream
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and put them in water and lemon juice.
Dissolve flour in cold milk, so that it doesn't form lumps and add water.
Bring to a boil at moderate heat the mixture, then add nuts, parmesan and 1 pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of artichokes
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 40 g of grana
- 40 g of flour
- 50 cl of skim milk
- 500 G = = water
- 2 meat nuts
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
