Cheese and pear salad
Instructions
Wash and spin-dry the salad.
Put it in a soup-tureen.
Cut the celery into small pieces and the first cheese sale.
Add salt, pepper, drizzle with oil.
Peel and cut pears into thin slices, place in a bowl with the sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with lemon juice.
After 10-15 minutes join to rest and serve.

- 4 stalks celery of tender
- 4 mushrooms
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil extra virgin
