Instructions
Hack to cross the olives and put them to soak in cold water for 10 days, changing the water 3 times a day: this is for addolcirle.
Then drain well, season with salt and let them dry and dry in oven at 70 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Flavour with oregano and crushed red pepper abundant.
Enclose them in a glass jar to seal and keep in the fridge for 24 hours, then serve in salads or add them to a sauce for pasta.

- 6 pepperroncini piccanti
- Abundant of oregano
