Fried ricotta (2)
Instructions
To drain the ricotta in order to eliminate any excess whey.
Cut into slices 2 cm high and 5 cm squares of side length resting them on absorbent paper.
Pass the slices in the flour, then in the egg beaten with 1 pinch of salt and pepper, then dip them in the hot oil and Brown.
Serve over a bed of Mixed Greens.

- 500 g of very fresh ricotta well soda
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
