Broccoli with cervellatine
Instructions
Clean and wash the broccoli and let them drain well.
In a pan gently FRY cervellatine with oil, lard into chunks, garlic and chilli.
Remove and discard the sauce cervellatine broccoli; Sprinkle with salt and cover by stewing in their water.
Once cooked and shrunk, gather the cervellatine, season and serve.

- 1000 g of rapini (or broccoli)
- 400 g of cervellatine
- Little of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of bacon
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper
- Salt
