Instructions
Clean and wash the cuttlefish, depriving them of the eyes and the beak and tentacles attached to the body, then dry them.
Crumble crumbs and fold with salt, pepper, thyme.
Farcirne cuttlefish, then cook them on the grill for about 15 minutes per side.
When cooked, sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and finish with chopped Basil.
