Instructions
Clean the fish, season with salt and put them to drain.
Accomodarle in a pan on your stomach and seasoning them with a splash of vinegar, olive oil, pine nuts, raisins is found.
Cook over medium heat smuovendole often, until complete evaporation of the vinegar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 great mullet
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 splash of wine vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
