Trout with butter and onion
Instructions
Clean the fish, leaving it whole.
Fill it with butter, salt and pepper and onion.
Wrap the fish in a buttered piece of aluminum foil and put it on the fire for 7-10 minutes.
Open the bag, remove the skin and enjoy.
