Spaghetti with Broccoli (Spaghetti Ai Broccoli)
Instructions
Blanch the broccoli and cook with oil and onion.
Add the raisins and pine nuts and continue cooking with a ladle of water of the broccoli.
Boil spaghetti in the water of broccoli, drain and add to the sauce mix of parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
