Instructions

00462 ANGUILLA to LAURO INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 pieces of eel, 15 Bay leaves, 30 g of oil, 500 g of vegetable broth, juice of 2 lemons, salt and pepper.

Cut into pieces the eel.

In a pan with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Bay leaves 3: mix thoroughly so that the ingredients perfectly amalgamated.

With this marinade evenly soaked eel chunks and let them stand for about 1 hour.

Wrap the pieces of eel in Bay leaves, fixing them with colourless thread.

Place these rolls in a pan previously greased with oil, add the broth and simmer for about 40 minutes, turning several times the eel with the help of a shovel.

Serve the dish hot, after eliminating the yarn from spring rolls.
