Chicken and Apple Salad
Instructions
ingredients for 4 people
1 boneless chicken breast, half Apple, Endive salad, 1 tomato, 1 scallion 1 tender, 1 die, 1 plain yogurt, 1 lemon.
Procedure
Melt the nut in a quarter of a litre of hot water and bake in the chicken breast with onion pieces. Peel the Apple and cut it into slices, then drizzle with lemon juice.
Arrange on a large platter, salad Endive (separated into leaves). Put in the tomato, diced Apple, chicken and sprayed with yogurt, mixed with four tablespoons of chicken broth.
