Chicken and artichokes
Instructions
Roast chicken with leeks, artichokes, add a little oil, salt and pepper.
Deglaze with the wine, a dash of broth and bring to boiling.

- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 artichokes
- 1/2 leek
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
- White wine
- 1 dash of broth
- Salt
- Pepper
