Instructions

00586 MEATBALLS POTATO with PRAWNS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of mashed potatoes, shrimp, 24 1/2 l of milk, 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives, eggs, raw chopped almonds, olive oil, salt.

Prepare a thick puree with 1/2 litre of water and milk; season with salt, add the juice of half a lemon, chives and oil.

Then FRY the prawns and Peel.

With mashed potatoes, prepare the meatballs and put in each a shrimp (not too big).

Put them in beaten egg, then in crushed almonds and fry them in plenty of hot oil.

You can use the shrimp cooking sauce, you can add it to mashed potatoes which must be very dense.
