Anchovy pate '
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of salted anchovy fillets, 200 g tuna in oil, drained 200 g soft butter.
Clean the anchovies, wash them under running water and dry.
Put in Blender with anchovies, tuna, soft butter and blend for 1 minute.
Put the pies in a bowl and let it harden for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Serve with croutons.
