Anchovy pesto
Instructions
Clean the peppers and cut into fillets, not too thin.
In a pan heat 3 tablespoons oil, add garlic peeled, let it Brown and delete it.
Add the peppers and cook them over high heat, salt, lower the flame and cook for 20 minutes then absorb the liquid.
Before removing from heat, add the anchovy fillets into pieces, check the salt and pepper.

- 1 1/2 of sweet yellow peppers
- 1 1/2 of green peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets
