Instructions
In a large pan Sauté 15 minutes with oil and onions peppers and tomatoes to touch; spray the vinegar and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cuttlefish and after a few minutes the rest in layers starting with monkfish, palombo, rumble, then others.
Combine salt and chili and water if necessary.
