Cups of sausage and gruyere
Instructions
00502-SAUSAGE and GRUYERE SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 frankfurters, 200 g of gruyere, 1 cucumber, 2 firm, ripe tomatoes 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons thick cream, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon brandy 1 tablespoon of ketchup, a sketch of Worcestershire sauce.
For garnish: lettuce leaves.
Sliced thick slices PROCESS half a centimetre the frankfurters, cut into 1 cm cubes of side, the diced tomatoes, gruyere, after having them stripped and deprived of seeds.
Peel the cucumber, cut it in half and scavatene the seeds, cut the flesh into small cubes.
Gather these ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in 1 cup mayonnaise with cream, mustard, brandy, ketchup and Worcester.
Seasoned with sauce prepared the sausage and cheese.
Let me add one hour in the refrigerator.
When serving, 4 individual cups lined with lettuce leaves, washed and dried.
Fill with the salad and salsa.
