Instructions

CHICKEN TERRINE 01018 code: 1018 INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 1 chicken; nut 1; 1 bottle of dry white wine or sparkling wine; pepper; sunflower oil.

Melt the nut 1/4 of a litre of hot water.

Clean the chicken, cut into pieces and put it in a saucepan with the stock and the wine.

Bring to a boil and let Cook for about an hour.

Remove the chicken from the broth, disossatelo, then frullatelo, even the skin, with 2 glasses of broth, season with a little pepper and salt if necessary.

Grease with oil a mold poured preparing chicken and refrigerate.

Serve the chicken Terrine with a tomato sauce.
