Instructions

01005 CAULIFLOWER FLAN INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE a cauliflower approximately 1, 5 kg, 50 g of bacon, 80 g grated Grana Padano cheese, 200 g of milk, 4 eggs, 30 g of butter, olive oil, salt and pepper METHOD Clean cauliflower, split it into florets and steam or bake possibly in pressure cooker.

Drain well, pour into a bowl and break it into small pieces with a fork.

Keep it aside.

In a pan with a little oil, then roast for a few seconds the bacon cut into pieces.

Add the cauliflower and let flavour for a few minutes.

Apart beat the eggs until they are foamy.

Add salt and aromatizzatele with an abundant ground black pepper.

Add the grated Grana Padano cheese, pour the milk and the cauliflower.

Grease and flour a cake mold and pour in the mixture.

Do bake Bain-Marie, for 50 minutes.

When cooked remove from oven and let cool, then turn the mold onto a serving dish.

You can serve the pie with tomato sauce.
