Instructions

Cut an Eggplant and pepper in slices lengthwise and lined with these, alternating, a mold by Crown.

Puree the rest of the vegetables with the eggs and the cream just enough to get a fine puree.

Season with salt and pepper and pour into the mold.

Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, for about 20-25 minutes.

Put the Crown on a round serving dish and sprinkle with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs.
