Crown of rice with mushrooms

02385 CROWN of RICE with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g mushrooms, 2 novellas, onions 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons dry sherry 3 dl soy cream, 2 sprigs Marjoram 2 sprigs of parsley, 200 g discs Tempè (vegetable mixture).
Let it heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the sliced mushrooms, stirring occasionally.
Add the onions cut into small pieces and sherry, then, over medium heat, simmer for a few minutes.
Add the herbs, add salt and mix well.
Continue cooking for another 15 minutes, if necessary, adding a little water.
Separately, meanwhile, Cook Tempè disks in a little oil, then add the mushrooms.
Mushrooms served with boiled rice.
