Butterflies in salmon salad
Instructions
INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 400 g of pasta type, 100 g of smoked salmon, a head of lettuce, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, one tablespoon of walnut oil, one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of mustard, truffles, salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE prepare the seasoning with the two types of oil, vinegar, mustard, chopped truffle slices, season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and mix with the prepared sauce and salmon cut into slices.
Serve the salad on lettuce leaves.
