Butterflies mango and salmon (è to flamb tequila)
Instructions
With a minipimer prepare a mixture with the cream, milk, 4-5 red berries, 50 grams of salmon, 4-5 cubes of mango. Create the mixture and let rest in refrigerator, perhaps on a stick of celery.
In a pan with 2 tablespoons oil, skip the remaining mango diced medium done, along with 50 grams of salmon cut into sticks, added 3 minutes before you drain the pasta. Jump in the Pan by adding 30 grams of raw salmon, a spoonful of mixture and tequila: flambé and jump, to blend well. Serve and serve.
