Orecchiette with broccoli and curry shrimp

2_03013 CURRY ORECCHIETTE with BROCCOLI and SHRIMP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g orecchiette 500 g broccoli, 1 box of 250 g deep frozen shrimp, scallions, 2 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of curry, 2 ladles of broth, 1 dl cream, salt.
Mince the shallots and saute it very gently in the oil; Add broccoli already cleaned and divided into florets.
Dissolve the curry a little broth, wet the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the shrimp and continue cooking for a few minutes.
Add the cream and stir well to mix everything.
Meanwhile Cook the orecchiette in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and put them in a pan with the sauce.
Serve immediately.
