03523 ORECCHIETTE with BROCCOLI INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of tomatoes, 300 g 500 g orecchiette with broccoli, garlic, parsley, olive oil, grated pecorino cheese, salt, fresh pepper PROCEDURE Place over heat a saucepan with salted water, when you raise a boil add the orecchiette washed and divided into florets.
Halfway through the cooking, add the pasta.
In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce with plenty of oil, a clove of crushed garlic, a handful of chopped parsley and tomatoes into chunks, season with salt and pepper.
When the pasta is cooked, drain along with broccoli, dress with the sauce mixture and sprinkle with a handful of grated pecorino cheese, stir thoroughly and serve immediately.
