Spaghetti with tomato tapenade

2_03288 SPAGHETTI with TOMATO and TAPENADE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of spaghetti, 2 ripe tomatoes, 100 g of olives, a small box of tuna in oil, 5 salted anchovies, one clove of garlic, a tablespoon of capers, a spoonful of dark rum, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pitted olives and chop with anchovies, tuna, garlic, capers and 200 ml of oil; blend until the sauce.
Add salt, pepper and add the rum and chopped parsley.
Heat the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin and cut the flesh into cubes.
Boil the pasta in salted water and serve with the sauce and the tomato cubes.
