INGREDIENTS for 4-5 PERSONS 500 g ravioli with artichokes; 20 basil leaves; 2 tablespoons of pine nuts; 1 clove of garlic; 1 tablespoon of Parmesan; 1/2 cup of oil; extra virgin olive oil; Salt; Wash and dry the basil leaves, chop and add the pine nuts, garlic, parmesan and a little water.
Mash everything together until mixture is homogeneous enough that, continuing to stir vigorously and add the oil slowly; as for a mayonnaise and a little salt.
Apart from Cook the tortelli for 3/4 minutes, drain and toss with the sauce.
