Penne with basil and sole

2_03509 PENNE with BASIL and SOLE INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 480 g mezze penne, basil leaves, a glass of extra virgin olive oil, 300 g of sole fillets into pieces, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes with the skin.
Bring to a boil a pot with boiling salted water and scalded a handful of basil leaves.
