Penne with beans
Instructions
Peel and chop the onion; put in 1 saucepan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 20 g of butter and let it wilt.
Cut fillets and tomatoes to the onion; allow to thicken the sauce for 10 minutes.
Then add the drained beans, washed and chopped parsley and minced pepper 1.
Add salt, stir and cook 2 minutes.
Boil the pasta "al dente"; drain and tip it over into the bowl of gravy, padellando it all together and serve immediately.

- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 400 g of canned cannellini beans
