06244 TARKY GRILLED with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS 2 PERSONS 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, a sprig of parsley, a bit of red pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1 head Belgian Endive, 1 head of radicchio rosso, 1 Zucchini, salt, finely Chopped parsley, garlic and chilli.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Emulsify with the prongs of the fork.
Slice the Tarky and pass the slices on griddle or cast-iron Grill, very hot on both sides.
Arrange the slices of Tarky on plates, then passed on the plate also the vegetables cut into slices.
