In a bowl pour the orange juice, zest, honey, thyme, coriander, pressed garlic, oil, salt and pepper, lauro and soak up the needles.

Cover with film and leave to marinate for 12 hours in a cool place.

Preheat oven to 210° grease a baking sheet and put the needles drained pork and contornatele from half-barks.

Cook for 30 minutes have been wetted often with marinade.

Served piping hot.
