Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g minced beef, 100 g breadcrumbs, 6 anchovy fillets in oil, 200 grams of tomato sauce, 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon oregano, black olives, 3 8 tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of olive oil to the Pan, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 240ø.

Grease the baking Tin round pizza.

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with your hands.

Drain thoroughly the anchovy fillets and chop coarsely.

Roll meat mixture into the mould and level it with the back of a spoon.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce, add the mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano.

Garnish with anchovy fillets and olve as if it were a normal pizza.

Sprayed with olive oil and Bake 15 minutes.

When cooked, open the oven door slightly and let it cool.

Then remove from the oven and serve.
