Instructions

07000 ANCHOVIES CATALAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of fresh anchovies, 1 head of garlic, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, 2 slices of bread 50 g toasted almonds, 1 tablespoon flour, oil, parsley, salt, paprika.

Browned the slices of bread and garlic in oil; blend with the tomato, almonds, flour and a glass of water.

Pour into the pot, add salt, add the paprika and parsley and cook for 15 minutes on very slow fire.

Clean the anchovies, remove the plug and completely separate threads.

Place in a saucepan and cook for five minutes; before the end of cooking season with salt.
