Instructions

17797 CREMA CATALANA with CHERRIES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE About 40 cherries, 2 eggs, 150 g sugar, 2 dl milk, 2 dl cream, lemon zest, butter.

Turn on the oven to 170° wash and dry the cherries; denocciolatele with the tool and distribute them in 4 buttered dishes.

Heat the milk with lemon zest without boil.

Beat the eggs with 80 g of sugar and add the filtered milk and cream.

Strain the mixture through a strainer and divide it into 4 dishes.

Put in oven for about 25-30 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Heat the sugar in a small saucepan, over medium heat, until it caramelize, pour it directly on the surface of the cream and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
