Fish with sauerkraut

07057 SAUERKRAUT with FISH INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 can of sauerkraut, 500 g of anglerfish, 500 g of fresh cod, 500 g mussels, 1 glass of fish broth, 1 glass of white wine, 3 4 potatoes, onions, 3 tablespoons of cream, 3 tablespoons vinegar, butter, salt, pepper.
Place sauerkraut in a saucepan with the butter and 1/2 l of water and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
One minute before the end of cooking add the diced fish.
Open the steamed mussels, Cook (keep the juice) and remove the shell.
Cook the potatoes without regular pieces in salted water.
Brown the finely chopped onion with butter, add the vinegar and cooking sauce of mussels, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 minute.
Place on a serving dish, the fish sauerkraut, potatoes and above all put the mussels.
Pour the sauce and serve.
