Fish with pine nuts
Instructions
Boil the fish.
When cooked, remove the skin and bones, keeping the head and tail.
Crumble the fish and let it marinate with salt, pepper and lemon.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: chop the pine nuts, put the breadcrumbs in a little water for 5 minutes and then squeeze it.
Put the breadcrumbs, lemon, water and pine nuts in a blender and mix well.
Add salt and pepper.
Arrange half the fish on a serving dish.
Give the shape of a fish.
Cover with the sauce.
Decorate with the head and tail.
Cover with the remaining fish and sprinkle again with the sauce.
Garnish and serve hot.

- 1 fish (gilthead, grouper, red mullet) from 1000 g
- Salt
- White pepper
- Lemon juice
- For the sauce:
- 350 g of pine nuts (or walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 5 lemons (juice)
- 5 tablespoons of water
