08288 GREEK SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 600 g of flakes of milk, 1 sweet onion (100 g), cucumber (200 g) 70 g d? stoned olives, a sprig of thyme, 2 ripe tomatoes (160 g) 4 tablespoons olive oil (60 g), salt, some salad leaf.
Peel the cucumber and cut into rings.
Cut the onion in half and thinly affettatela.
Divide the tomatoes into wedges.
Dishes lined with salad leaves and on these you have in alternate vegetables Crown; in the Middle you pour milk flakes.
Sprinkle with the thyme leaves and seasoned with olive oil and a little salt.
